Blastrooms with blasting robot “ReCo-Blaster”

In order to enable effective and quick blast cleaning of large components,especially repetition parts,we have developed the novel blast cleaning robot “ReCo-Blaster”.

The“ReCo-Blaster” is an economic and efficient alternative compared to the manual blasting process thus setting new standards for a human and safe work station.

According to your demands, the “ReCo-Blaster” can be supplied together with a blastroom or can be integrated in your existing blastroom under certain conditions.

Automatic blasting systems

For the automatic or manual blasting of smaller parts such as parts from the automotive industry, we supply automatic blast cabinets as well ashand blast cabinets.

Here,we deliver e. g. indexing table units with automatic nozzle and workpiece handling or blasting systems with automatic nozzle guide system for the treatment of rollers.

All automatic blasting machines as well as manual blast cabinets are equipped withclosed mechanical or pneumatic media transport system.
